Dr. Hulusi’s distinguished international career spans both the Security and IT systems industries. He was most recently the Senior Vice President and Director responsible for corporate strategy, technology innovation and intellectual property at HID Global, a division of Assa Abloy, the leading global lock company. He was also responsible for managing a portfolio of over 900 patents, and establishing and directing the corporate strategy and acquisition initiatives.

Tony serves as UniKey’s Chief Financial Officer. Tony brings a wealth of experience to UniKey having spent more than 20 years in senior financial roles in the software and consulting industries. His experience includes driving two IPO’s and over thirteen mergers and acquisitions at previous companies. Most recently, Tony worked for global giant, Chiquita Brands International, as VP of Finance and Chief Accounting Officer and holds numerous certifications, including CPA, CIA, CFE and CGMA.

Lee serves as the Chief Operating Officer at UniKey Technologies. Formerly Vice President of Marketing and Enterprise Sales for Brivo Systems and Brivo Labs, which was sold in 2015 for $50mm. Lee brings nearly 20 years of management, marketing, and sales experience with large, mid-size and small software and hardware manufacturers. Lee previously established several startups in the DC metro market, most notably energy + light + control llc, a custom electronics design, installation and integration firm.

Pat serves as the Senior Vice President of Products at Unikey Technologies. Prior to UniKey, he co-founded Zamurai Corporation which created an award winning mobile, digital whiteboard app for the Apple iPad.  Eighteen months after founding Zamurai, the company was acquired by LogMeIn, Inc. where he was responsible for the join.me mobile apps.  Prior to Zamurai, he was in various leadership positions over 20 years at Symantec spanning software development, product line management, product leadership, intellectual property, business development and customer service.

He is passionate and specialized in Software Engineering & Architecture, Cloud Computing, Backend Services, APIs, Enterprise and Cloud Integrations, and building Scalable Systems.

Roy leads the UniKey team in developing and delivering solutions that exceed customer expectations while ensuring UniKey provides the highest level of service and support for every account. Previously, Roy led the successful launch of UniKey's commercial products division. Prior to UniKey, Roy spent more than a decade in leadership roles in the defense sector, including Principal Embedded Engineer and Project Manager on Anti-submarine warfare programs for the U.S. Navy, NATO, DARPA, and the Naval Research Laboratory. As CEO of DataRockit, Inc., a privately held big data startup, Roy was responsible for over $18mm in annual revenue and 40+ employees.
